4. How can I recover my forgotten User ID/Password?
Ans: Click on “Forgot User ID/Password” link provided on this site and we will send your login credentials to your registered email address on our website.
5. How long do you keep my 1099 records in your system?
Ans: You will have access you tax record for the last 3 years in our system.
6. Do you store my credit card information?

11. How can I file State, City and Local forms?
Ans: Any state that’s part of federal/state combined filing gets filed electronically. We DO NOT efile to local or City or state that’s not part of Federal/State combined filing. You are responsible for State, City and Local requirements and we strongly recommend checking with the appropriate agency for their requirements.
12. How can I get copies of each form for the businesses I've filed for?
Ans: Once the filing fee is paid and forms are submitted, you can print a copy, or save the PDF version of 1099 form.
13. How long does it take to get the status of my field return from the IRS?
Ans: Received by 8 pm EST are processed the same business day. IRS takes 1-2 business days to process electronically file 1099 forms.
14. How can I correct forms that I've already submitted?
Ans: tax1099.com offers 1099 corrections ONLY when you filed the form originally on our site. You can correct a 1099 form you previously filed on our site by logging in to your account and selecting on appropriate return for correction.
15. Do I need to pay filing fee again to re-file for rejected return?
Ans: No, you may re-file rejected return without any additional cost.
