1. Purpose
This Anti-Fraud Policy ("Policy") is incorporated into and forms part of the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") between Zenwork Inc ("Company") and the customer ("Customer"). This Policy is established to prevent, detect, and address fraudulent activities related to the use of Zenwork’s services.
2. Scope
This Anti-Fraud Policy applies to all Zenwork products, services, and programs as outlined in the applicable Terms and Conditions. It operates in conjunction with Zenwork’s existing agreements and policies, ensuring compliance with the fraud prevention measures established therein.
3. Fraudulent and Prohibited Activities
Customers shall not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to misrepresentation of intended use, identity, falsification or manipulation of documents and records, unauthorized access or use of accounts, misuse of payment methods, submission of false or misleading tax information, or any attempt to evade legal, financial, or compliance obligations. Fraudulent activities may also include but are not limited to abuse of promotions, unauthorized chargebacks, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through deceptive means. Additionally, any fraudulent conduct involving the submission, publication, or transmission of false material, as outlined in section Q in Zenwork’s Terms & Conditions, shall be subject to this Policy. Zenwork retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity and reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate measures to prevent and mitigate fraud.

5. Steps to Take If Fraud is Suspected
If the Customer becomes aware of any fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior, they must report such incidents immediately to the Zenwork at [email protected]. Zenwork will assess the situation and may provide guidance on appropriate next steps based on the nature of the suspected fraud and confidentiality requirements.
