Start by logging in to your Tax1099 account. If you don't have one, create an account to get started.
Once logged in, select the tax year and form name from the Tax1099 dashboard.
Input your employer details (EIN and business address), and employee details (SSN and wage). You can either enter the information manually or bulk import the data. Also, ensure that you indicate any state tax withheld.
For Missouri, you'll need to file Form MO W-3 (Reconciliation) along with Form W-2 (in case state tax was withheld).

The filing deadline for Missouri for Forms W-2 is January 31st. If this date falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the next business day becomes the deadline.
